Greetings!

I am Frank Gazioch – owner of Capital City Homes, LLC. As a second generation builder, I have been building quality homes in the Tallahassee area since 1999. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance and became a State Certified Residential Contractor in 2004.  Prior to becoming a Contractor, I owned and operated a Lawn Maintenance, Landscaping, and Irrigation Services business.

To ensure a personalized building experience for each of my customers, I only build a few houses per year.  It never escapes me that my work is more than building a house, it is creating a space that someone will call home.  My top priorities are to listen to you, meet your needs, and  build an exceptional home that will stand the test of time.

I have lived in the Tallahassee area since 1988 and truly love it here, especially the great people!  Of course, my wife Tracey tops that list followed by the rest of my amazing family (especially my grandniece pictured above).  I look forward to meeting you and hope that I can be a part in making your dream home a reality!
